Chloe Cox, LMFT

Founder & Clinical Director

Chloe started SoCal Wellness Group to meet the needs of the women and teens struggling with disordered eating in the new millennia. After her own recovery from an eating disorder that was deeply rooted in toxic perfectionism, she realized that disordered eating is about so much more than food.

SoCal Wellness Group was born to address not just the food stuff, but the many intersections of struggles that perpetuate, feed, and fuel disordered eating behaviors. She’s on a mission to gather a team of experts to address the most pressing issues in eating disorder care — trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, OCD , and intersectional systems of oppression.
